5 /5 Melissa Marco: I used to be a member a long time ago ,but then that location was closed . However , we have always been happy with this credit union. My Dad and I went to the Sarasota branch for help with an unauthorized charge from someone trying to take advantage of a senior citizen.Yadiel was so very helpful in resolving our issue and really took a lot of stress off of our plate ! Thank you !

So, when I needed a bank, I obviously thought of that moment. Nadia, the person who helped me open my new account, was absolutely amazing. She was helpful and knowledgeable. She covered all the basis of my loan and secured that I had gap insurance because I didnt know I would lose what I originally had from dealership! Very timely responses and quick to get everything handled for me !! So blessed to have had her help so I could keep my coverage and refinance with no stress involved!! Highly recommend using gte and having Destinnie Huggins assist you through the process! Very smart and if you need to ask questions like I did, she has most of the answers or will find them accordingly!

5 /5 Junko Shimizu: I had to close my accounts and open new accounts. Matt helped me to file dispute form on unauthorized transactions on my account and close those accounts over the phone. Next day I visited GTE on Fruitville location and Yadiel helped me to open new accounts. Both Matt and Yadiel were very friendly with great professionalism. In a few days my issue was solved, I got my funds back into my new account. I was very happy with GTE’s customer service. Even though an ugly thing happened to me, but I had a great experience with GTE.
