He would call and text until we are able to find a time to discuss upon receiving my quote request. He simply could have just sent the quote over, but he insisted to talk to understand my need and making sure to provide the quote that meets my requirements. My first quote expired after 30 days, we went through the same process again. Jack was there to help me to find the best deal available, at the same time addressing all my concerns.
