1 /5 Bradley (Brad): If I can leave no stars I would. Mary Pierce is a horrible agent. I was sent to collections for a missed payment, while I was paying monthly and Paying in FULL on an auto insurance policy. Ive tried calling mulitple times no one returns calls to resolve the issue. While I brought the issue up multiple time to Mary she always told me I was in good standing.

1 /5 DeborahAnn G: I am giving Billiet Insurance a one star review because I didn’t have an option of negative stars. My Dad passed away and I have been trying to get a refund check for his Flood Insurance (Monarch) since August 2024. Eric LaFreniere was the agent I’ve been working with. Eric has zero customer service skills. He does not return phone calls or emails. If you do randomly get him on the phone he comes up with some BS excuse that he just was working on the case for past two hours. He then states the check is being processed and no communication for weeks. When I contact him once again the new excuse is another form is needed. Then comes him inputting the incomplete address and then after that he has the incorrect name on the address after it was provided multiple times to him. The Office Manager Mary was the savior who moved things along but has since retired. I highly recommend that you don’t use this company.

Not only was she prompt in every response but she was extremely knowledgeable and helped me navigate the complex home insurance market to receive the best policy I could. I will 100% work with Melissa and the Billiet Agency again.

1 /5 John R. Willey III: Do not go to this agency. Mary is a full blown grouchy hateful person. I rate this place 0 out of 10. I had to get up and walk out after 5 minutes of sitting down with an agent. DO NOT GO THERE. SAVE THE TIME.
