David Kaplan Jose was very responsive to my questions regarding my change over to an annual escrowed insurance payment from direct semi-annual payments. This required that he arrange to refund an extra direct payment that I had made right before the escrowed payment was made by my bank. Jose very easy to work with and very personable.
