Jacob Fifer answered in short order and listened to my reason for calling, gave me the email address to send a wind mitigation report, waited on the line to make sure he received it, asked me to wait while it was uploaded and then scheduled a follow up call for next week!!!! Unbelieveable. My faith in humanity is restored.

Terry Guth I was totally impressed with the service at this agency. We were greeted immediately upon arrival by an agent by the name of Sam. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She provided us with detailed explanations about options we had regarding changes we could make to our auto insurance policies.. She easily answered any questions we had and allowed us time to make our decision without any sense of pressure.
