1 /5 Adrian Tran: If I could do negative stars, I would. First off, there are never more than 2 tellers working on rush hours times/days. The Financial Manager Eliana Zambrano has zero(0) customer service experience! While she does nothing to help the tellers get people situated, she walks around or stands around, telling people to go to other locations out of the way.. While there were other employees standing behind the counter just staring into space. Only 1 of the tellers is professional and apologized to everyone for the hold-up. While the poor other teller is brand new, still in training with no supervision, and was struggling to get everything done.. Eliana needs to be held responsible for her actions and not helping the customers! Today was absolutely unacceptable.

5 /5 Lyan Torres: Today is the second time I go to this bank and I absolutely love how I am treated by the staff members. I walked in and I was immediately greeted. I had came in the week or so prior to today and the girls remembered me and it made me feel very welcomed. Manuela assisted me both times I came into this location and I absolutely love her! She’s so sweet and caring.She is very affective with her job and her willingness to help is incomparable. She assisted my partner and I to open our joint bank account and the process was super quick. I love this location due to the staff and the minimized wait time compared to other locations. I definitely recommend this location and most definitely recommend to receive assistance Manuela!

1 /5 Suzie Dantinor: I went into the bank yesterday and was not greeted or helped. I sat there for 20 minutes, totally ignored by banker, and I am assuming the branch manager. There was one customer ahead of me, which did not have an appointment. We both waited for the banker and the customer before me was seen but after the customer was seen the banker immediately left. Another customer walked in and was greeted upon arrival by the branch manager. She then proceeded to tell him that the banker had an appointment and for him to make an appointment. So after hearing her tell him that I got up to question would I be seen? She then asked if I had an appointment I stated no, she then stated that the banker had an appointment and it would be an hour wait after sitting there for 20 minutes, not being acknowledged by neither. I then stated to her that was RUDE. No one advised me that she would not be taking me and no one greeted me. I do not recommend this location. They are racist and will totally ignore you if you are not of another race. I am black to be clear. BAD BUSINESS BOA. Need to provide more training to your staff.

1 /5 Karla: Friday afternoon and there were only two people working between the car lanes and the tellers. There is always a line and costumer service is not good. They need to add more people!
