TD Bank - Starke (FL)

1 /5 Whitney Lansford: Deposited a very large check only to be told there will be a hold BUT, I’d be able to use $225 until the check clears. That was a lie. I haven’t been able to access any of the money. When I called to find out when my check would clear, Morgan/ Megan whatever her name is was incredibly rude and unprofessional to me. If I would have not been lied to and told I’d be able to access some of the money- I would have taken my check to another bank. Be mindful before depositing a large amount into this bank! You might not be able to touch your money for weeks but, you’ll be lied to and told you can. I’m giving this a 3 star rating though because of how kind and helpful Darlene up there is. It doesn’t take much to be kind to people who are struggling. I have the right to ask about MY money without attitude. This is MY money- not a loan. Unacceptable.

We were met with a friendly smile and “Hello how may we help you today” by “Crystal” a cashier working the front counter. 4 /5 meike fraze: Had to take care of some business towards the end of July. The Teller, Brandon, his Supervisor, Darlene and a Customer Service Support Representative, Jayma, were outstanding . I had to take care of a few matters and it took some time, but never once did any of them rush me to get done. That to me says something. Thats how Customer Service should be, no matter what business you enter. This was by far the best Customer Service I have ever received from TD Bank. Keep up the good works. Thank you again. :)

5 /5 Judi Lund: I dont know where the bad reviews come from but have been doing g business here since Lake Butler location closed and they have been great from drive-thru to solving problem with a U.S. savings bond over 25 years old to recommending who I should deal with there to get a better return on my savings, to taking me outside to at. And showing me how "new" system works. I travel every summer and never have a problem with using my card wherever.

3 /5 Francesca Howell: When I opened my account, the representative was awesome....but she no longer works there. This place is NOTHING like credit unions or other banks Ive been to. If you go out of town they will cut your card off with assumptions it cant be you.....and you have to go through a verification just to get to your funds while on vacation. No bank manager and staff doesnt properly explain policies without attitude. Wouldnt recommend this bank. Back to vystar it is!
