From my time of arrival and beginning the process of finding the right vehicle to meet my specific requirements to get the best possible deal for my trade in. Josh our salesman was just wonderful and each person whom we had contact with was just as helpful. In short order I had the offer and by the time we reached the finance department it got even better! Tom was very patient and explained everything in detail making signing everything seem effortless. Not long at all for the whole process starting with Josh just listening to my concerns and taking the very best care of us being a true professional. 1 /5 Glenn Suggs: People there are very nice. But I took my jeep in for service. They diagnosed it, and after 3 weeks, I was happy to pay in cash $1635. Made it less than a mile and the problem returned so I took it back. They couldnt fix it saying it was the computer and its discontinued. Cant refund my money, wont return my calls. I was going to buy a new jeep after fixing mine. But I absolutely will not buy from them or trust them again. Go elsewhere until they make this right. Very disappointed. Guess Ill go higher up the chain. Update: another week gone by? still waiting

5 /5 Vanessa DelAngel: Phoenix and Billy & Staff were hands down one of the BEST dealerships I have worked with. (Outside the dealership that sold me the jeep in AL, Much love fam :D ). I came in with my rear axel sensor going off, they trouble shooted it..thought we fixed it. But then it really needed to be repaired. They replaced the entire axel, and then some. I had them rotate my tires and take care of my breaks as well. They were very responsive and communicated effectively. I highly recommend! 5 STARS.
