I was so confused but he helped ease my mind and make it so simple!! Thank you again Roland, I hope more workers follow after ur can-do attitude :)

1 /5 Michael Snow: I used to work for Amscot when I was 24 years old and now Im 42 years old. Today I walked into the branch to help my friend and roommate got a cash advance. So Im going to say this. My first job was when I was 14 years old so since the Ive worked many jobs but I obtain a different skill set when dealing in customer service. No one want to do or continue to do business with unapproachable or rude employees. This may be the business your that employees. This may be the business that issues your check but we the customers are the ones that keep you in business. True indeed this isnt burger king so I know everything can be the customers way but a lack of customer service is not the customer fault it falls on management and training. The lady at the counter assumed I didnt know my friend even though I was standing next to him and conversing with him. So she asked me who I was since she felt I was assisting him. So let clear this up. If the customer does not have a problem neither should she and yes I do know him because he asked me to bring him to amscot since I told him about the cash advance. So never assume..... know. Meaning you dont know who knows who based on your wrong observation. Ive stop doing business with them when management kept change. Needs to do better.

Not only did he count the money accurately—better than I could—but he also noticed that I had accidentally given him an extra $25. Roland promptly pointed out the mistake and returned the extra money to me. His honesty and attention to detail were impressive. Highly recommend Amscot and commend Roland for his excellent service!

Unfortunately, Michael’s communication was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. It was clear that he was upset with someone before me, but that’s no excuse to be condescending or dismissive toward another customer. I found his behavior mean-spirited and uncalled for. It’s important to maintain professionalism and treat each person with respect, regardless of prior interactions. I hope this feedback encourages improvement.
