Crypto Johnny I used agent WS Insurance Group and this was the biggest mistake ever. Customer service is very disrespectful - I called and Warren Sam told me theyre busy on the line call back later and just hung up. I never encountered such a disrespectful customer service rep. Trying to get a Mercury rep on the line directly but no one picking up the phone. I definitely would not recommend Mercury Insurance - stay away

Victoria Sager Ryan was a great help to me! I was confused about Medicare, and the plan that would best fit me. Ryan has the knowledge, and walked me through all the options. He made it understandable, and easy. I am impressed with his ability, and have recommended him to my friends!
