Ted Paulin Denton was recommended to me by another insurance company when we were looking for auto insurance since we just moved down from NJ. Denton was professional, honest, extremely knowledgeable and great to talk with. He explained why my rate was going to be what it was and what we could do to improve it. We found out that our home owners policy was going to be canceled from another broker because of lack of information. The other broker could not explain to me why, so I called Denton and he spent the next 3 hours going over our 4 point inspection and wind mitigation reports with me. Betty Borges A well oiled machine!! Gavin Seward was amazing to work with. He had incredible patience with me. He explained the fancy insurance jargon into laymens terms so that I would understand the coverage that I had. I got better coverage for less monthly cost. The support staff was also great to work with. I would encourage everyone to at least have a quick policy review with Gavin. We are so happy we moved to State Farm.
