1 /5 Twitch_ k7: I’ve been through AAA for thee last 5 years, I just recently moved to Florida 4 months ago, now my Michigan agency I had was amazing to say thee least! I came back to AAA because I loved the company and how I was treated as well as the good rates I always had. Now this agency, I called the first time and was told I would be getting a call back with a quote by the end of the day or thee next morning (assuming they were busy, even though knowing a quote shouldn’t take any longer than an hour to put together max) the next day I was not given a call, so I called them and was told the agent I spoke with was now on vacation... I was transferred to another agent in the same building. The agent gave me a quote in just a short time. I told him I would let him know by the end of the week (it was a Wednesday) that Friday I was emailed and called by the first agent and she had beat the other agents offer IN THE SAME AGENCY by a significant amount, so I generally went with her quote because of the good rate also because keeping the same company is just easier. The day I signed up it took 2 hours of waiting on hold to figure out the quote I was given the 3 days prior and now magically went up $30 a month. I was then told I was 1 day late from acquiring the quote I was given.. I still went with the new quote. NOW 3 weeks later I need to make an adjustment to my policy and I’ve called my agents cell phone.. no answer. I called my agents office phone.. no answer.. I then called the agency itself.. no answer.. getting ahold of anyone seems less than impossible. If it wasn’t for my previous agency’s professional work and the good rates I have from AAA I would surely switch.
