5 /5 April Len: I got my first car insured through them over 20 years ago and am still with them today. They are the only agency I have ever used and now my 2 oldest kids are insured through them as well. Can’t say enough good things about how helpful, easy, affordable, personable, and all around great people they are. I recommend them highly to everyone I know.

1 /5 Joe Fox: Unprofessional. I gave all the information I needed to give, had automatic deductions set up with my bank account. I was never informed there was some type of issue, and the policy was canceled without them telling me. I was without insurance almost 3 weeks without knowing. Completely their fault. Now theres a gap on my record with being uninsured and need to pay heavily because of their incompetence.

5 /5 David Saia: If you have insurance needs. Then, Yes call Jack. He knows how to find you the best rates around. Jack has been my agent since I moved here years ago. I have to warn you. He is human and you will be dealing with him face to face. Not like the company on the internet. Where you fill in the boxes, and hope you got a deal. Jack showes you the bottom line. 5 /5 Susan Love: Ive been dealing with Jack, owner of A Action American for about a decade now and hes never left me crying in my soup about what I just paid for insurance. not one time. not ever, actually. today I called and got a friend of mine hooked up with Jack because she was getting ripped off at Direct on Front Beach Road Panama City Beach Florida. they were trying to charge her $824 for a six-month State minimum policy and Jack came up with the same policy PLUS bodily injury and roadside assistance for $282!! out the door!! for six months !! vs direct $824!! for the same policy. DIRECT is the biggest load of malarkey Ive ever seen in my life. quit giving money to thieves and call Jack. I cannot recommend it strongly enough

5 /5 Teresa Anderson: They have always been friendly with the best prices. But when I had an accident they went out of their way to help me. They could have given me the number to the insurance company they put me with and told me to call them. But they didnt. I was having trouble with the other drivers insurance, and they took over for me. Did all the footwork. I was lost and they did everything they could to help me when they didnt have to. They really are the best.
