Both walked me through each piece with such care and enthusiasm, helping me find exactly what I was looking for without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Together, they created a welcoming and luxurious environment where I felt completely taken care of. What stood out most was how communicative and responsive both Lauren and Gavin were throughout the entire process. They kept me in the loop with regular updates on the status of my pieces, which I really appreciated—it gave me peace of mind and made me feel like a valued client every step of the way. If you’re looking for not just beautiful jewelry but a truly elevated and memorable experience, I can’t recommend Lauren and Gavin enough. Van Cleef is known for timeless elegance, and their level of service exceeded every expectation.

Carolyn Grable Yall, if you havent purchased from Darlene yet you are seriously missing out. I have purchased several pieces from her, and each piece is more beautiful in person, and is made with love and care. Her beadwork is exquisite and has to be seen to be believed. Darlene has always been patient and kind with all of my questions, and believe me, I have a lot of questions. She ships everything quickly, and each item arrives in pristine condition. Plus, since this is a small business, you are not only supporting our local artists, you also get to develop a relationship with them. I would give her a million stars if I could, but, sadly, we have to settle for five. Definitely, definitely do yourself a favor and purchase from her!

Lisa Conlon William designed a gorgeous custom sapphire and gold ring for me. The collaborative process went very smoothly and the result was just what I had envisioned. I will definitely return the next time I have a project in mind. I highly recommend Ross Goldsmith.
