Cindy Malone Will Hand is by far the best Insurance Agent we have ever had! He answers our calls any time of day or even on weekends. We moved out of state so unfortunately he is no longer our agent and hasnt been for over two years but he still helps me out and answers the phone whenever I call! He is amazing!!!! I REALLY wish he was still our agent. He started off as the agent I chose from the yellow pages but has turned out to be the absolute best agent we have ever had. Very personal service. Answers his own phone. Will come to your house to write your policies. He seems to do anything he can to make your life easier!

Jason Faulk I pay for toe service. I called him my vehicle towed. It’s been two Hours and my tow truck driver still has not arrived. I keep getting things for updates that my driver has been delayed. And it’s because they’re giving priority to other people over me even though I have a newborn in my car right now. GEICO contract with horrible tow companies in Bakersfield, California. They do not care about you. They’ll take a job even though they know They can’t get to it for many hours. With no concern of the public they’re supposed to be helping.
