Jocelyn Rodriguez Great place. The only con is the wait time which can range from 10 - 20 minutes as they appear to be understaffed so be sure to reserve a day where you have enough time to go. As well as reserve the phone calls only for quick questions since further inquiries would count as actual sit-down services and they can only do so much over the phone. The service itself is excellent! The two young women are bilingual, knowledgeable, great at explaining and breaking down things clearly which is perfect for those with first-time car ownership. And it is affordable! Recommended.

Josh L. Espinoza What can I say Sam helped me (and my friend) navigate really unfamiliar terrain. I’ve always been at companies that provide benefits but recently decided I wanted to try working for a start up. The only catch is that, since it’s early on, they don’t provide health insurance. Not only did I not really have the time to look for all these different plans but I also didn’t even really know where to start. I reached out to Sam and he was extremely personable yet very professional. He was able to get me side-by-side comparisons starting with a plan most similar to what I had at my previous company and others that better fit my lifestyle. I ended up getting a middle tier insurance with an additional accident insurance which covers accidents for rock climbing and cycling that I do which is paired with my middle tier health insurance. Now my total premium is low and my coverage is pretty high which is nice feeling taken care of and not having to pay an insane amount each month since it’s now coming out of pocket for me. Sam really helped me navigate these waters and got me set up in no time. Now I’m just enrolled on autopay and don’t have to think twice about it. After I had such an easy experience, I recommended a friend of mine who was in the video game industry and found some opportunities elsewhere that didn’t provide health insurance. Sam took care of him too. I highly recommend Sam if you want someone who knows these plans like the back of their hand and actually cares about getting people on a plan that fits their needs/lifestyle. Also, if you don’t have time to do all the side-by-side comparisons yourself or are unclear on the specifics (e.g., how deductibles and out of pocket maximums work exactly) Sam is your guy. Sam is now my health insurance guy.

Romero Josie “Girl Tech Mafia” Nick Lekas just literally blew me away with his knowledge and service! I have been assisting my newly licensed, 22 year old daughter, get car insurance for the first time on her first car… I had all but given up in frustration until a friend told me to call Nick. The car insurance companies that didn’t reject her immediately wanted to put her through an underwriting process as well as charge formidable prices for someone of her age and income level. Nick was able to ask me the right questions and immediately identified a program for her that I NEVER would’ve known about which got her auto insurance immediately and at a fraction of the quotes I had already received. And…as if he had not already gone and done us a miracle he started asking me specific questions to ensure that I my daughter and I had all the exact paperwork we needed and understood the process when going to DMV. I cannot recommend this business enough!
