Not only was he able to schedule some time relatively quickly—he also performed a considerable amount of research prior to our chat. His guidance with sound and he provided several examples of cases he was either involved in or knowledgeable of to back up his thoughts. Before coming to this firm, several other attorneys weren’t willing (or able) to provide sound guidance. A couple of other trademark attorneys actually declined altogether.
