Kim Bigham This review is too long in coming. Thank you Amy. Back in 2004, you knew me as Kim Derry. Back then, I had a 6 year old little girl named Ali. Shes 27 now. Shes always been my driving force. With all of the facts, you got HER supervised visitation until she turned 12. She didnt know what THAT meant but I did. At 12, a kid can voice what THEY WANT. And she .... Amy, she stood up for herself. She went 1x a month for dinner. She WANTED for her dad to WANT to spend time with her. But he never fought FOR HER. I couldnt help her with college. Her dad refused. Many things happened....But heres the result. In April 2024. she graduated with honors from CBU. Debt free. Two weeks before graduation, she got a job offer from Blue Jay Physical Therapy (shes a therapist there). She took it. And 3 weeks later, she (as a single woman and not many 26 y/o single females are able to buy homes in California) closed escrow. And a few months later, she paid cash for a brand new SUV. Her dad had absolutely NOTHING to do do with all of that. But you protected HER (& me because I would have done ANYTHING to protect her...u did it for me). Thank u for ...EVERYTHING!!!

She fought hard and even though the DA was offering me a deal, we continued the fight. And thank God we did because my case ended up getting dismissed. See V The best family law lawyer in Fresno! Erik is humble, honest, and truly cares about the well being of his clients. He took over my case during the middle of my divorce process. My previous lawyer was horrible, did not communicate. It honestly felt like she was compromising to accommodate for my ex and his lawyer instead of fighting for me. Marina Lara I would give this rate a 10 if I could. He solved 2 cases for me and went out of his way to help me.
