5 /5 Paul L.: Since you are reading this, you should HIRE NICOLAS W. REED as your attorney! I had 2 hit and run incidents 13 months apart. My chiropractor recommended Nick, and I am eternally thankful he did. I wanted to negotiate the cases myself, but after talking to Him, I realized he would be my best option! Especially when he told me he never receives more than I would from each settlement. (So many lawyers charge too much for their expenses & receive more than the client!) I have not regretted that decision. One case was resolved within 4 months, but the other case would take a total of 10 years before it was finished because there were multiple insurance companies. He stayed with me, making sure to keep me well informed! I felt I was his only client, even though he was busy. He acted like he was my friend & I his! I never needed to go to court. 5 /5 Quoc D: I spent 3 years trying to fight a PTSD fraudulent civil lawsuit and a San Jose District Attorney charges. At the end of if, the victim was caught w/ swapped license plates and attempt to get rid of the vehicle caught in the situation; which worked in my favor to drop the civil lawsuit against me and 2 infractions from the District Attorney. It was my turn to countersue this con-man, but my civil defense lawyer refuses to do so, but she referred me to Nick. My boy Nick got Con-mans insurance to pay out and settle, but not w/out a fight. I had an interrogation w/ the Con-mans insurance lawyer, guy was very clever and uses any details against you. As I told him, "Sir, I do not know which model of SUV has ONSTAR (2015 vs 2007), but what I do know is that swapping license plates between your cars is a FELONY."
