5 /5 Stephen C: This is the first and hopefully last time I will have to go through a bankruptcy and Karen Grant helped make this ordeal less stressful than I was expecting. If I had to just use one word to describe the experience working with her it would be “professional”. Never did I get the feeling that I was being judged in anyway. She just wanted to know the facts/details with the purpose of filling out all the paperwork properly. The whole process from initially contacting her to the final court hearing took about 4 months. It could have been quicker but I had trouble getting my credit report. All in all, I am glad it’s over and I would highly recommend Karen for first timers like myself.

She was so nice and put me at ease about everything. She took my case and prepared all my documents for me as well as appeared on the zoom call with the court for me. 5 /5 Vincent Lake: Do yourself a FAVOR and hire Karen Grant if you have to go through bankruptcy. No one ever wants to have to do this online search or have to file for bankruptcy (at least not that I know of.) Prior to the onset of Covid-19 I had a healthy business for 6 years and was a full-time employee for 20 something years before that. I had never ever missed a payment for anything :credit cards, bills, etc. for over 25 years. I never thought I would have to know what that felt like. When I lost my business and ended up having to file for personal bankruptcy I was devastated. I was so down that I couldn’t even bring myself to do the paperwork. Karen was so kind, understanding and straight forward. I would have NEVER been able to go through this process without Karen L. Grant. She was so patient with me about all of it. This isn’t even the best part. She is the most thorough, concise and trustworthy attorney I have ever met with and she does it with such ease. She has the paperwork down to perfection and has so much experience helping people go through bankruptcy. Not only is she a wonderful attorney, but she is also a great conversationalist, and will explain things even when you have already asked that question several times. She made me feel like things were going to be okay. I will never be able to thank her for helping me get through one of the roughest periods in my life. She did this by being a great bankruptcy attorney, and by being a very kind and caring person. Hiring Karen L. Grant has been one of the better decisions I have made in my life so far.
