M H I called this office at a time of great stress. My first contact was Shoshannah (the office manager, whose professional and calm demeanor was very appreciated). Mr. Galambos then spent time with my family, letting us know what to expect and how to negotiate the best outcome through each step we faced. Not only was he helpful to us regarding outcome, but he was pleasant to speak with, and we left each interaction feeling calmer than we entered it. Our familys situation was relatively minor, but mishandling it couldve made it a far bigger deal than necessary. Mr. Galamboss counsel allowed us to keep it as minor as wed hoped.
