Monica Herrera I was rear- ended at a dead stop by someone driving 45mph and admitted he was not paying attention. I knew immediately I was injured and that my vehicle was totaled while the person who hit me, drove his truck home. I selected Silva Injury Law based off ALL of their reviews being 5 stars. It was impressive! From the moment the phone was answered, I immediately knew why they have 5 stars, all of my concerns and questions were answered before I ever signed a thing. I was assigned to a Coordinator, Crystal. She is AMAZING, kind, empathic and patient. At times, she has allowed me to vent during this stressful time. Crystal is my right hand with everything. I do not have to worry about exhausting phone calls with the insurance companies, dealing with appointment scheduling, managing receipts/expenses. She handles it all for me. So far, they have handled my vehicle settlement to my satisfaction. I will update once my treatment is complete and my case has been resolved. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Joshua Walter Attentive, considerate, dedicated, diligent, responsive, knowledgeable, I could go on but basically think of every positive term youve heard used to describe an attorney and it probably applies. Amy Hilton represented me through a divorce in which I was accused of everything from hiding money to having a second family on the side, and not only systematically shut down every fallacious accusation, but ended up getting me a better settlement than I thought I could have hoped for. Throughout the whole sordid business she was calm and patient but completely dedicated to my case and always willing to discuss and recommend strategy, provide advice on related matters, and most importantly, listen.
