She really took an incredible amount of time to understand my family and what was important to us before restoring a ring from my grandmother for my mother and then designing a custom piece using jewelry from my grandmothers ring for me. The result is something meaningful not just to me, but to my mother and daughter as well. They truly care about their customers and put genuine heart into their work. This was by far the best customer experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend for anyone looking for custom, personal jewelry. If youre looking for something meaningful, personal, and truly special, this is the place.

Nancy Allison I have been going to this jewelry store for years to have watches fixed, rings repaired , etc. The couple who own the business are so kind and they do fabulous repair work . They also sell and do trades for jewelry and their prices are very fair!

Not only is the store beautiful and filled with good vibes, the women managers/employees I met, Marjorie and Mara, are incredible humans who love their work and are dedicated to making the shop a safe and inclusive space. I was having a rough and emotional day, and really needed a pick me up. Marjorie and Mara helped me pick out the perfect ring (out of three options because Im indecisive; how do you choose just ONE out of so many amazing artists work???) — a "flying" winged diamond by Anthony Lent that I now carry with me as a comforting pinky totem. Additionally, we connected deeply and talked for three hours, just getting to know each other and uplift each other through sharing our experiences! They turned my horrible day into a cherished memory and I am so touched by the warmth, love, kindness, and expansive energy that fills the shop. Ive always thought of jewelry as a spiritual exchange of artists love and unique creative philosophies. Esqueleto embodies respect, appreciation, and care for all the independent jewelers they carry. They also offer some of the most unique curated pieces among Bay Area shops I visited, and Ive discovered many jewelers work (eg.
