From the moment you enter the door youre greeted with such a professional, welcoming environment. The front clerk, Kenzy (Im not sure how to spell her name) is very pleasant and friendly. Shalise Miles was the loan consultant I spoke to. She too was incredibly kind and patient. She was extremely patient in helping me get my questions answered and she was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. She gave me all the information I needed and let me know the adjustments I needed to make as well as how she could help me out to get the loan I wanted for a property. Shes always made a point to get back to me if shes not available at the moment to answer any questions I need and she has never had an issue sitting down to discuss different scenarios with me. All in all, this company has given me an AMAZING first impression and I look forward to continuing with them.
