1 /5 Fatema Ferozpurwala: Ridiculously long line. Only 1 teller and I have been waiting in line for at least an hour. Dont come here unless you absolutely need to. Asked the teller twice that I need 2 separate receipts she didnt listen. Staff is terrible, really should just close this branch

1 /5 Dead Doodle Pool: Racist and unprofessional service. I had a disturbing experience at this branch. An older white woman working as a bank teller treated me with clear disrespect and bias. She immediately assumed the documents I brought were fake and even pulled out a magnifying glass, as if I was trying to scam the bank. Her tone was cold and suspicious from the start it was humiliating and felt racially motivated. Overall, the bank tellers here are rude and unwelcoming. I work in customer service myself, so I understand how stressful the job can be, but there’s no excuse for treating people like this. If someone is genuinely being disrespectful, escort them out. But if you hate your job so much that you take it out on customers, then maybe it’s time to find another one.

1 /5 Miss Anti Social: I absolutely cannot stand this location. The way they operate is flat-out discriminatory and demeaning. I was denied the ability to cash a Bank of America check simply because I don’t have an account with them. To make matters worse, I even called customer service beforehand, and they confirmed that my check should have been cashed—yet this branch still refused. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this nonsense, and sadly, I doubt it will be the last. No bank should ever make someone feel unwelcome, especially when the check is drawn from their own institution. It’s insulting, unprofessional, and makes it clear that Bank of America doesn’t even trust its own checks. The treatment here was beyond frustrating, and the entire experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome.
