Chris Went in today to look at their loan offerings. They are very competitive, friendly staff, and have some unique product offerings. Lindsay is very helpful and knowledgeable. No sales tactics, shes straight and to the point and will be honest if they can beat another rate or not if you have a competing loan offer.

Mademoiselle Chappell Carolyn at the Richmond Ca store is delightful. Everytime I go in for services, she is bright, upbeat, and always willing to help. She went out of her way to remind me that my previous card needed to be updated soon to a Flare account and we did it that day. I look forward to being helped by her each time I go in. Thanks Carolyn!
