1 /5 Jose Alvarez: Had a terrible experience here. The staff here lack any efficiency. Spent 40 minutes waiting to open a checking account with only one other person in line. No one came to help me and I left. I will take my money else where.

2 /5 Dina Jackson: I could not believe I literally sat for almost an hour just to sign a beneficiary form. Then I was not even afforded a copy. How do I know what I signed. Not only did they not give me a copy, but, they did not allow me to take a picture. Its important to know what you sign in detail. We are just supposed to take their word for it?? Im still sitting here requesting a copy.

1 /5 Jose Lemus: The attitude and rudeness coming from the woman “Brenda” was completely unnecessary. There is a way to speak to people and that was not it. I went in today because my dad was told to come in to sign some papers and that’s it. We were told to come in and that’s exactly what we did. She just singled us out and asked if we have an appointment and I told her the situation. She said we don’t accept walk ins and that’s not her fault. I can understand that you don’t take walk ins but we were told to come in today. Other than that Inzei is wonderful person and has amazing customer service and is very understanding and respectful. She is an outstanding employee.
