I walked in without an appointment, and he even skipped his lunch break to help me follow up on an important fraud claim I needed assistance filing. He truly was so happy to help, and his follow up is incredible. Go here if you have anything thing you need from Chase, this location is the best!!

Brandi Taamai My husband and I had to call the customer service number and close out our account because we are struggling and we needed the money. So they said It wouldn’t be in our account in 4 days so we wait out the four days and lo and behold today we look in there and it says it was canceled they have done a disservice to us we are struggling which is why we needed to take out the money in the first place and they did not help us now they’re saying tomorrow. I only gave one star because I had to.
