1 /5 ALIJAH TURNER: The rudest customer service ever. They have held my money illegally for the past 4 days with the runaround from everyone I’ve talked to. Please do not bank with them, they give you unrealistic timelines and being educational employees they know we get paid once a month yet will punish for not having something in 2 weeks. A joke of a credit union.

1 /5 HEATHER REDDING: Absolutely AWFUL customer service. I’ve had loans and accounts with at least 5 different credit unions and have NEVER experienced the negative customer service that I have with EECU. Most credit unions are so kind and professional but these people could care less. All of my accounts are paid and in good standing with zero hiccups on my side yet anytime their platform has an issue or a representative makes a mistake there is no accountability taken, no apologies, just overly aggressive, condescending representatives. I cannot wait to pay this stupid solar loan off and cancel my account with them.

1 /5 Marisol C.T: I do not reccomend this credit union for anyone looking to have quick access to their money. They make it hard for you by not having temporary cards when yours is lost, stolen, or their atm machine does not return it in error. In the aforementioned instances you will have to wait 10-14 business days for a new card. They have limits on how much of YOUR money you can take out a day from both the atm and inside the branch. From the atm you are not able to take out as much as you can inside with limits of either 300 or 500 (depends on what they approve you for). Additionally, When they are low on your money because they only kept 10% and lent out the rest you are informed by the bank when you try to take your money out of whichever option the bank has available which is one of two. One: You can’t your money out at all, Two: your only able to take out a small amount. They have two atm’s at the Hanford branch, however one is broken most of the time in that you can’t withdrawal money (you can only deposit and view balances). Additionally the line is so long you have to plan for the time you’ll be waiting so if you have something to do it’s not convinent. Inside the branch the lines are just as long. The call center often has you on hold for thirty minutes at a time even though their automated system tells you they estimate a two minute wait. This means they do not have enough workers manning those lines. Their mobile banking is really tricky to log into the first time.

1 /5 Kyle London: Rude staff. They make it incredibly difficult to call in a payment. As soon as they find out my wife is calling in my auto loan payment, their mood, tones, attitude, and respect levels change!

5 /5 Enrique Mendoza: The rates are the best I have seen by far. Parking is limited for front entrance, but plenty on the side. Was offered a loan for a vehicle purchase with no credit pull, which is always nice, I want another pre-approval please :) I did have one time where the ATM did not accept my CASH deposit, was a little annoying to go inside to deposit inside where I am in a hurry, but I rarely carry cash so its not a deal breaker, I rarely pull cash out, most things are done with tech such as phone, online. Have not written one check with them. Have not experienced one bad representative overall I am satisfied and I do recommend to those who can apply. I dont make it a habit to lose my cards and wanting a temporary card, for what.
