4 /5 Arthur Combs: Staff was friendly and professional. A few things I wasnt happy with during the process like the rate, length of loan, and monthly payment kept changing, but overall I would do it again if I need to.

5 /5 ertha turner: When I walk in this beautiful lady asked could she help me I said yes I’m here to see if I could get a loan her response was yes.Then she asked me a couple of questions.Then she ask for my driver license I gave to her.She was very polite and understanding very very courteous .outstanding personality very friendly.I could go on and on about her.THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

If the process for applying for the loan we needed but really didnt think we would qualify for was difficult or took forever - we would NEVER have noticed thanks to Sandra D and her lighthearted way of laughing us through and making it comfortable and very well explained and easy to understand. My auto policy will definitely cover the loan, but I was given just a small amount, that barely paid one mortgage payment, and groceries. When I called back, I was told they dont care about my house. I cried myself to sleep.
