Maggie C What a cool shop. The owner is a gemologist. He has some great estate jewelry. I bought a beautiful turquoise ring. I thought it was jade.He really has a mix of items. Really something for everyone. Things for the home and petsonal type gifts. Very unique store, you need to stop in if you are in Windsor.

Elie Schuss Shelly is amazing! The prongs holding the stone on my engagement ring kept coming loose and I was worried I’d lose the stone. I’d had them tightened before but it was clear the issue would keep happening so I realized I needed to get the whole thing reset. I texted shelly a picture of my ring and she immediately saw why the problem kept happening and worked with me to redesign my ring in a more secure way while staying in my price range. She made sure the design was exactly how I wanted it and really listened to me. I just got my ring back and it is absolutely perfect. Heather Huskey I meant to post a review sooner but life has been busy with a wedding, and a small honeymoon. We purchased part of my wedding ring set in a smaller size and needed to get it resized ASAP before our wedding. We dropped the ring off on a Wednesday and Burt’s Jewelry had it ready on Friday the day before our wedding. This isn’t the first time they’ve resized a ring for me and probably won’t be the last. We are always happy with their work.

Craven Beauty I recently visited You Jewelers & Boutique to resize my engagement ring, and I cannot express how grateful I am for their exceptional service. I was in a bit of a bind as my engagement party was approaching in just 10 days, but they told me it would usually take about 15 days to complete the resizing. Despite the tight timeline, the team was incredibly helpful and worked diligently to accommodate my request. To my surprise, they had my ring ready in just a week! I feel so lucky and thankful for their speedy and professional service. I will definitely be returning and recommending them to everyone I know!

Nancy Allison I have been going to this jewelry store for years to have watches fixed, rings repaired , etc. The couple who own the business are so kind and they do fabulous repair work . They also sell and do trades for jewelry and their prices are very fair!
