5 /5 Benjamin Liu: Smooth, easy assessment / application process. I was in a bit of a jam when the previous insurer drastically raised their rates. They helped me expedite the application process and got my coverage done at a very good rate. I particularly liked their web interface, they clearly showed different options I could pick from, and the ala carte pricing.

1 /5 Frank Bliss: Beware startups and small businesses - they overcharge and try to upsell! I found same thing for 50% with traditional insurer and didnt have to wait for 10+ days while a Vouch account person tried to figure out how not to share information... Basically, just hid other options and tried to upsell for no reason. Seems like preying on startups is a good business model - Dont be fooled by this company and google around - youll find better and cheaper with other insurers.

5 /5 Jamin Horn: Ive bought a lot of insurance and the process with Vouch is very easy, simple but useful interface, and the customer support was great.

1 /5 Michael Capuzzi: Very unhappy with this service. I was told something was covered but when I submitted a claim their adjuster provided a radical interpretation of the policy to deny coverage. I would not recommend using them, especially for a startup.
