Getting Insurance is never fun, but Justin made it easier & a very comfortable experience. After my policy was placed, I had additional questions - The service team at Goosehead was extremely helpful as well! I am very happy with my choice of Agent & Broker and feel really taken care of. I was able to put a face with the name. I appreciated not being referred to as a number, which was how I was always identified at other large corporate insurance companies. Brian offered knowledgeable tips due to years of being in the business. I look forward to continuing my business for auto and I am currently looking at other products they offer such as life insurance.

My representative Ana is dedicated, detailed, knowledgeable, helpful and an absolute delight to work with. She made sure I found a plan that worked best for me and covered everything that I needed. I hope that she is recognized for her amazing work! It is hard to find this type of customer service and hers is something that I’ve always appreciated! I would also like to add that Julia was very kind, understanding and sweet. While Ana was out of office, Julia stepped in to assist me and answer some of my questions with ease and certainty.
