5 /5 John Lee: I am 3rd year customer and I didnt have any issues I guess it depends on who your rep is... I deal with Ivy and I didnt have any issues. I have usually contact her via email and she always help me lower my business insurance.

1 /5 Plus1: I cant use worse words to throw on this b**** insurance agent. Especially for the female newbie staff from Jilin province, northeast part of China. She was humiliating me all the time through the phone when I was asking a claim since my vehicle was hit by a drunk driver. This agent is totally useless except the time you need to pay the bill. I wil sue that female staff and this insurnace agent company!

1 /5 Xuewei Zheng: IF you are reading this PLEASE DO NOT use them as your insurance agency. They are extremely BAD with communicating back. They NEVER respond to emails, text or even phone calls. I don’t know why do they even exist if they are not willing to work with their customers. They provided us with Emily and she is unresponsive, unprofessional and unhelpful. She messed up my payment method and promised to have it fixed but never did. I waited for half year and the problem was actually NEVER FIXED..ended up having to contact my insurance company directly and asked for them to help me cancel my agency for me but they weren’t able to and so I tried calling Kinney Agency and they refused to help. So I just had to cancel my whole insurance policy instead. A total failure working with this agency. MUST AVOID. Thank you

1 /5 Carrie Tam: I keep on calling this companys number and it always goes to their voicemail. I leaved messages to call me back but no one does from the company. They increase my auto insurance and I want to cancel my policy with them. This is an unreliable company. I need to take back my money which was automatically deducted from my account.

1 /5 Yifeng Chen: I wish I could give negative star. I give them enough time work with my doc but never got respond back. NOT recommended AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! They only good at pushing customers to another agents every day.
