1 /5 Crush: Alright and cheap but I remember I went in to cancel an insurance on my totaled truck and she told me that yeah if I only do this payment and not the rest then my insurance is canceled and I believed her 3 months later I find out that my insurance is still active and that I still owed a payment of 82.97. So when ever you want to cancel don’t rely on this office to cancel it for you. Just call the actual insurance. Also the help here is a headache when you get into an accident. Luckily my first accident the other insurance party gave me money not Kemper. I recently switched to AAA and it’s way better. Someone rear ended me and AAA immediately investigated made the persons insurance who hit me fix my truck and AAA gave me the same amount to fix my truck in a check. So free fix and free money. Go to AAA or state farm if you don’t want to deal with a headache when ever you get into a accident
