Pamela is knowledgeable about all the elements of different trusts and was very efficient at responding in a timely and caring manner to all of our questions. But what sets Pamela apart and above other trust lawyers is her patience coupled with her extended network of elder care professionals. The myriad of end-of-life possible scenarios, couple with options, choices and decisions to be made in advance can be dauting and difficult. Pamela was extremely patient allowing us time to work through all the issues with respect to establishing a trust and associated questions. Plus, as needed she helped direct us towards other professionals that would be needed when we could no long care or make decisions for ourselves. Brandon Henry Staff is very friendly, and helpful through a process Ive never had to, nor wanted to experience. Ive never felted like Ive asked a dumb question, or called with worry-wart concerns. Ive sent emails with questions or concerns after I got home from work (5-6pm), many times have gotten responses back within minutes, or by end of the following day.
