Gaby, who initially spoke with me, was friendly and helpful. Even after I explained some of my situation, she listened to my story and showed empathy. Carrie Winters, who worked with me as my attorney, also listened to my story and offered her services with compassion and kindness. I felt defeated about the situation in December, and it was the worst time of my life. Even after Carrie gathered all the information regarding my case, she was empathetic and understanding. She wanted to work with me to achieve the best possible outcome (which happened and I am so grateful!)
