5 /5 Rob Johnstone: I was injured at work and they turned against me, they though I was faking an injury. They never offered me light duty, modified work just took my families benefits away and said that if I dont return to work at full status that I didnt have a job to come back too. Dan and his staff were excellent from the very first phone call to my office visits. He reassured me that he would take care of my employer and me and my family will be fine. He got me the right Dr. and surgeon to fix me. All said and done. Im physically better. Thanks Dan. I would give more stars if they were available. This office got me my life back.

Sometimes after, your unable to work because your legs feel like jello, yet bills still pile up. 1st time I had to try Workers Comp to get by for a while. Mr Dan Hegwer and associates were referred to me by trusted friends and family thru their business network, with outstanding reviews. I highly recommend Dan Hegwer as he was very punctual and responsive; a valuable and scarce commodity these days. 5 /5 J C: CALL DAN RIGHT NOW! Dan was incredible and professional and caring. I was so scared because workers comp was sending me to a surgeon who was 80 years old. Workers comp was also bullying me in other ways because I was not represented. I had never needed lawyer before in my life so I was also scared to reach out to a lawyer. But I am SO glad I called Dan. From the first phone call to the end of my case Dan and his staff were supportive, knowledgeable and responsive. Dan or Enrique and Ignacio (his assistants) always called or emailed back quickly the few times they weren’t able to answer the phone. And they answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel comfortable calling with even the smallest of questions. I felt like I had an entire team on my side with Dan and his staff.
