1 /5 Cocoa Puffs: Very messy first appointment. Scheduled 1 month out just to be seen by a female attorney that was supposed to be a good match. Arrived to my $150 session to surprise a male attorney and the scheduled attorney wasnt there. No call, no offer to reschedule. Very uncoordinated. Still had to pay for someone I didnt schedule with. Thinking I should have just walked away. Wasnt a good fit and I will keep looking for a more organized attorney.

1 /5 David Haynes: The worst experience ever! Attorney assigned to me after retainer of 2,500 was an embarrassment after asking the court to order something that did not apply in my situation and that was all she had brought to court to argue. I was asked to fax all paperwork I had for evidence then was charged 300 per hour and per page until my retainer was gone. I sent another 2,500 but the attorney left the firm. They demanded another retainer to continue my case and tried to say my second installment was already used up. They demanded I sign them off as my attorney and instead they forced a release of representation through the court and charged me 1,900 to do it. The only good thing was that I actually received a 2,100 check in the mail as a refund of the 2,500 that they said had been spent already. After all that I’m still paying 20k for children I have always had custody of and their mother had only received welfare for one month, a total of 1k dollars. But I was charged for 5years anyway plus interest. My banks and property levied license suspended credit ruined every tax return and stimulus check was absorbed by the state. Even unemployment was garnished. AND they made me pay for health insurance when my kids already had coverage. Super lawyer= super rip off!!
