5 /5 Ed Maynard: I truly feel God lead me to find Tracy. I had a situation arise when selling my Moms home that could have delayed the sell by 2-3 months. Living Trust Documents that did my moms trust messed up on one of the documents and it had to be corrected as fast as possible. Tracy stepped up and basically took control, worked very hard and got things corrected and the order signed off within 2 1/2 weeks right before we needed to sign documents at the title company. Shes a superstar as far as Im concerned. Her work ethic is amazing and when she tells you shes gonna do something she does it. Communication is outstanding. 1 /5 Shelly Machado: I just accidentally called Tracys office an hour early because I live in Colorado and shes in California and I didnt even think about the time zones. Ive sent Tracy two emails requesting information and clarification on my mothers estate with no response so thats why I decided to call her first thing this morning as soon as her office opened. When she answered the phone and I greeted her with a "Hi Tracy, how are you today?" She very rudely asked "who is this that keeps calling me" (it was my fifth attempt to contact her office this morning). She just sent an email stating that I am not to contact her via phone anymore because my sisters hired her for themselves instead of for my mothers estate. Thats the only clarification that I wanted to get from her this morning. Sneaky sisters Also, in the email that Tracy sent me this morning after she was very rude to me on the phone, she stated that she doesnt appreciate being bothered on a holiday weekend. Oh, Im sorry Tracy, the fact that I was attempting to contact you for just a simple clarification does NOT give you the right to respond the way you did with me on the phone this morning. And I can dictate our conversation word for word on this platform so people know how you treat people when no one is watching or listening because I have a steel trap for a brain when it comes recalling conversations.
