Let’s start off by saying that filing a State of California Subsequent Injuries Benefit Trust Fund (SIBTF) claim and navigating the subsequent process is very complex and probably needless to say, slow. On top of the usual legal bureaucracy Covid hit and significantly impacted getting timely court dates. Even with all the delays I believe Mangosing Law Group secured the best possible outcome for me in my case. The team at Mangosing kept us informed throughout the case, contacting us as things progressed and promptly returned our calls and emails. I have nothing but the highest praise for Satbir who personally and professionally handled much of the communication and responded to our concerns. My case involved two (2) full days of out of town medical/health evaluations. Mangosing arranged all the details including meeting with doctors and lodging close to the evaluation center. This was no small task and I’m sure essential to my case outcome. All the doctors that I saw during the evaluations were very professional and thorough.
