Stephen C This is the first and hopefully last time I will have to go through a bankruptcy and Karen Grant helped make this ordeal less stressful than I was expecting. If I had to just use one word to describe the experience working with her it would be “professional”. Never did I get the feeling that I was being judged in anyway. She just wanted to know the facts/details with the purpose of filling out all the paperwork properly. The whole process from initially contacting her to the final court hearing took about 4 months. Xinyu Xue Did not have a great experience for my very first injury case. The incident happened in December 2022, the case was dropped in April 2024. No communication in between, no updates, and no follow up. I have to call and ask for follow up myself. Since this was my first time, I have no experience. But they want to give attitude when I ask and clarify questions, phrases such as "that JUST how it works." was not expected and out of place. A waste of my time and energy.
