Where to start. I had a water leak happen in my master bathroom one day and had an inspector and plumber come out to discover the issue. Fast forward one week and I ended up filing a claim with mercury. Not only has it been over a month long process. They have denied my claim because the incident "must have occurred over 14 days". When asked why they believe this, they stated "that these kinda things just dont happen" despite the plumber stating otherwise. Mercury insurance is acting against California state law and in bad faith.
Will be filing a claim with the state on this and will post back with an update
