Tory Kwan, the agent I worked with, found me the best deal around for what I required, and, moreover, did everything so efficiently that the whole process was wrapped up in just a few days. I especially appreciated how responsive she was to my sometimes panicked email messages--she would reply right away, and always managed to ease my anxiety. 1 /5 Jerry Del Colliano: I found this firm on the Travelers website as I was looking for new homeowners insurance as State Farm is dropping EVERYBODY in the zip code that I live in (thats 70% of the homes - wow) I had business for a pricey homeowners policy, a significant life insurance policy and a third business liability policy for them to bid. One of the agents, April, was excellent on the phone and was working on the homeowners policy but I called her off today. Why? Because of the owners assistant, Lee. Few times in recent memory can I remember of somebody talking down to me as a client more. He did a Hollywood "do you know who my boss is" speech by email that left me feeling embarrassed for him. I asked for the owner (who needs to do the call) to email me. No. I asked for him to just call me whenever hes free and that didnt work either. Lee then lectured me about Karl is the owner of the business and hes dealing with an insurance market thats in crisis (like I dont know that? Why do you think I am calling Lee?) and then just SCHEDULED a meeting when I am hosting guests to play golf. While Susman insurance has proven nothing in terms of price or product offerings, what they have shown me is that the customer comes SECOND and that was enough for me to pull my RFP and for me to post a 1-star review on Google. I can only imagine how much money this Lee guy is costing the owner by blowing qualified, interested, motivated leads. Jerry

Karl Susman stepped in and helped us resolve a claim issue and he never gave up, no matter how many roadblocks he encountered. He really fought on our behalf and we couldnt be more grateful. When you really need your insurance company, its so nice to have the pros in your corner, fighting for you. We are so pleased with Karl and the entire team at Susman. They truly to care about their clients. You really cant ask for more.
