1 /5 Linda To: Horrible customer service. I called as I got hit by a person who has Allstate insurance and wanted to file the claim as my insurance would require me to pay a deductible if I go through my insurance.
I called and whoever answered was incredibly rude. She proceeded to tell me the number to call, stopped midway, did whatever she had to do. Came back to the phone and then told me the number is on the back of the insurance card. I told her I do not have Allstate, therefore I dont have that info. She hung up on me and has not picked up the call since. I still dont know the number Im supposed to call? How can you trust a person like this with your insurance? Truly unbelievable.
