I called as I got hit by a person who has Allstate insurance and wanted to file the claim as my insurance would require me to pay a deductible if I go through my insurance. I called and whoever answered was incredibly rude. She proceeded to tell me the number to call, stopped midway, did whatever she had to do. Came back to the phone and then told me the number is on the back of the insurance card. I told her I do not have Allstate, therefore I dont have that info. She hung up on me and has not picked up the call since. I still dont know the number Im supposed to call? How can you trust a person like this with your insurance? Truly unbelievable.

The agent and her staffs are very responsive, professional, knowledgable, experienced and honest. They care for customers as their own family. It’s easy to find an experienced agent but it is hard to find an honest and caring one.

5 /5 Tinker Lacibal: All State Agency run by Trang Nguyen was an absolute great experience. All the staff are great! Their very professional, accomodating and friendly. I had AAA before but I havent experienced insurance agents such as Trang Nguyen and her staff. Trang Nguyen and staff offer exceptional service. Love them!
