1 /5 Alaina Joyce: Received a call from this office, or someone spoofing number, asking if I was expecting a shipment from Mexico. Obviously, a scam.

1 /5 Christopher Chen: I left 3 messages on 3 different days last week with Joyce wanting to file a claim and no call back and unfortunately I was told she is the only one that does claim in the office. I ended up contacting the insurance claim department directly.

After those guys make a mistake on your policy and write completely wrong information, instead of addressing the error right away when they are noted about it, .......................................................................................................................... (everyone makes mistakes right? but its how you deal with your mistake that makes the difference between great and Peck&Peck..) ........................................................................................................................... -They will first accuse you and say that they went over the policy and theres nothing even though you specifically tell them what is wrong, ........................................................................................................................... -After you send them a copy of the documents they sent you and pinpoint the error, they will still not address it right away, and if god forbid you contact them after 3 pm, they will not take care of the issue, and not pick up the phone after 4:30-4:45 ........................................................................................................................... --> They will drag things out for days and make you jump through hoops of fire and lose clients before they do anything to correct their mistake ...........................................................................................................................- Im sorry but no matter how you look at it, it should not take a company several days and your business losing a client, to acknowledge and resolve a simple error of stating in your policy that your a corporation when your company is a sole proprietorship ........................................................................................................................... Do not put your company name at stake in their hands. ........................................................................................................................... You have been warned.
