1 /5 Elio Flynn: My wife recently called because covered cal sent them for identity verification, my wife was hung up on, I was told to not call back because Im trying to get my wife the help she needs. Its completely ridiculous you call yourselves a business. If you dont want to help people then go out of business dont just be rude. I never finished talking before he outright said that Covered California would have to verify my wifes identity although Covered California sent us to him. This is not how you properly do business. If you dont like your job then quit.

1 /5 Consuelo Hernandez: The employees there are rude and only serve whoever they want, even if they dont have anyone at their desks to help you. They make you wait for someone to leave. And I was thinking of sending my family to that place for taxis. What a bad experience.
