Erin McCormick I came into state farm with my brother one day when he was paying an auto and homeowners bundled insurance. He raved about how they helped him keep insurance on my grandmothers house and that these ladies were so kind and patient with him. The situation was a complicated one. The house was old and there were so many issues to navigate. While I was there I spoke to the ladies about my own personal situation. I had left a difficult relationship and had to remove my vehicle from the old state farm policy I currently had and move it to a new policy that gave me independence. They were able to transfer it for me, seamlessly and discreetly. My situation again was sensitive, but state farm really goes above and beyond. I didnt have any extra costs with the transfer. In fact I saved money. Hailey Mittrey you are the best agent. Kind and professional and patient. Thank you for all of your help with my brother and with me. Elissa Foote I would not recommend Llamas to anyone looking for quality customer service during the insurance sign-up process. Hugo was extremely rude, condescending, and showed an extreme lack of professionalism. Im not sure if it was because I am a woman or if he was having a bad day, but lve never felt such disrespect from an insurance representative. I called many places searching for quotes and not one came near the terrible experience I had with Hugo. Needless to say I went with another company that did not try to rush me off the phone and listened to my needs. Dont waste your time - there are plenty of other options in the East Bay!
