5 /5 Yoliz M: I was recently in an accident that caused my car to be totaled. I sent Austin a message and he immediately responded by calling me to make sure I was okay. Within minutes of our call he had all my policy information to me. The next morning I already had a claim started and I was able to track each step of the claim on my State Farm app. My claim was processed in under two weeks and I was given more than what Kelly Bluebook had valued my car for. Jordyn answered my call while I was at the dealership getting my new car and she had my new policy transferred over to the new car in under a minute. I had temporary cards emailed to me before we even hung up. Even the salesman was impressed and asked who I was insured by. My family has been with Kim Martinezs agency for 20yrs and we will never leave! I am forever grateful for this team. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work.
