I expected to hear back by Monday or Tuesday afternoon. Nope! Tim emailed the doc to me in less than 5 mins-- on Sunday eve! I was so impressed w/ his fantastic customer service. Moreover, I needed assistance w/ a different issue the next day, called the office, & received immediate answers. Both windshield and front passenger window. He made the claim for me and kept me in the loop at all times. Reminded me a few days ahead of schedule, and called when the job was done to see if i was happy. I went on vacation to celebrate with my sister for our birthday(s) and bc I got vandalized I cut my trip short and never saw my sister. Again thanks Ali for wishing me happy birthday. Thanks for the ear, and accommodating my needs. Ali for man of the month, a raise and a parking spot in front of the door.
