Anahi I recently just applied for life insurance. I knew nothing about it. Andrea helped me out and explained everything so well and gave me different options. She was so kind and sweet and made sure I understood everything. I had so many questions and was so scared to ask but she was so patient enough with me and I appreciate it so much! Jill Been with 21st for years on autopay, out of the blue started receiving cancellation notices, had to pay different amounts for several months, called them several times only to wait 1.5 hrs to talk to someone, thought everything was cleared up and it happened again, another hour or so to reach someone its horrible!! Ive done this off and on for almost a year, never being told the actual problem from the beginning, this was more than frustrating, unbelievable...I definitely dont recommend 21st if this is how they treat their great customers, by the way Ive never filed a claim...
